A fire damaged two apartments in Brookline Housing Authority’s Egmont St. community and temporarily displaced four residents last week. Immediate support is being provided by the American Red Cross, Brookline Housing Authority and The Brookline Center’s Safety Net Program.
The Brookline Center requested additional assistance on behalf of these residents in need. Brookline Community Foundation (BCF) responded with a grant to help provide temporary shelter.
