Dear Abutting Residents and Business Owners:
In conjunction with new traffic signalization and congestion mitigation associated with the Beacon Street Reconstruction project, the ONE-WAY directionality of Park Street, between Beacon and Marion, will be reversed effective MONDAY, JUNE 18, 2007.
Park Street will be changed to a ONE-WAY southbound from Beacon St to Marion St. Parking will continue to be permitted along the west side of Park St.
It is anticipated that those vehicles and bicycles previously accessing Beacon St from Park St will now consider using the newly signalized Marion St intersection, from which safe movements can now be made onto Beacon St to head inbound, or across the trolley tracks and outbound.
