Authors Johnson and Fine discuss their new work on Wednesday, April 14, 7 pm, which addresses why white people need and how they can have better and more informed conversations about race with each other and across race. They will be in conversation with WBUR’s All Things Considered host, Lisa Mullins.

Let’s Talk Race
Let’s Talk Race confronts why white people struggle to talk about race, why we need to own this problem, and how we can learn to do the work ourselves and stop expecting Black people to do it for us.

FERN L. JOHNSON, PhD, is Senior Research Scholar and Professor Emerita at Clark University focusing on race and culture. MARLENE G.
