Are you new to cooking, or spend lots of money eating out because you don’t know what to make or how to make it? For those with no experience in the kitchen, this course will introduce you to basic cooking methods such as roasting, broiling, and baking, and using uncomplicated recipes, you will learn to prepare dishes and desserts that are easy yet elegant, fancy yet foolproof. You’ll learn to prepare homemade dishes such as easy appetizer Baked Brie, Roast Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Vegetables, Poached Pears with fresh Berry Sauce and other warm toppings for ice cream, and more. A $60 food fee is included in the course fee.
