The Brookline Department of Public Health will host an information session on Wednesday, December 4, 2013, 6:30-8:00pm in the Denny Room, Brookline Department of Public Health, 11 Pierce Street, Brookline, to present the changes.
Brookline Department of Public Health staff and a representative from Health Care For All (HCFA) will discuss the mandated health insurance changes, coverage transitions, and also answer any questions. Francisco Ramos, HCFA, will be able to direct attendees to the Health Connector website, as well as other sites where assistance is available, and discuss the enrollment process. The information session is intended to make sure Brookline residents are aware of the changes and complete the necessary paperwork in time.
