Now through December 18, Brookline Keeps Smiling is holding it’s annual Holiday Toy Drive to benefit deserving children in our community.  Brookline Keeps Smiling, brooklinekeepssmiling.org, is a local organization whose mission is to foster and support events, holidays, and other organizations throughout the year.

Brookline Keeps Smiling is the brainchild of Attorney Susan Howards, Elaine Joseph, Bank of Canton Assistant Vice President and Brookline Branch Manager, Jessica Green, Former Owner of the Pita Pit, and Pat Norling, Founder of The Jessica Lynch Committee Against Domestic Violence. These 4 women came together to find a way to start a local holiday drive that would benefit local children. Joining these founding woman, Brookline Keeps Smiing’s Board of Directors includes Elle Dunford, Owner with her husband Ali of Inner Space Yoga in the Village and Kookoos Café, Benjamin Kelley, Director School of Boabom and Hsiu-Lan Chang, Owner of FastFrame Expert Picture Framing. Brookline Keeps Smiling also hosted its Knitting for Veterans event this past November.

The Brookline Keeps Smiling Holiday Toy Drive benefits The Brookline Community Mental Health Center, which serves the lower to moderate-income population in Brookline and the immediate surrounding communities.
